As the world started to stand still because of COVID-19, pharma companies and governments were just beginning their work in developing and distributing a solution to COVID-19: the vaccine. Due to the sheer speed of the vaccine's development, the Scottish Government had to instill confidence and motivation among people that the vaccine was protection worth having.
