We love working on Nando’s almost as much as we love dining at Nando’s. On the menu this time? Bringing the Nando’s loyalty programme online. Fully integrated. Totally accessible. And nothing plain-ish about it.

The Challenge

Nando’s existing loyalty programme was based on pre-printed cards and didn’t allow for data capture. We needed to find a customer friendly solution to bring the love people have for its legendary PERi-PERi chicken into today’s digital world.

The Smart Thinking

A fresh website, app and loyalty card system, so folks could get their chicken fix online and Nando’s could understand what their fans really want.

The Results

The PERi-ometer says... Extra Hot. After putting a smile on the face of thousands of chicken lovers in the UK, the programme is being rolled out around the world.
