Account Manager, Experiential

About the role:

This is a very rare opportunity to join the Leith Links team who specialise in brand experiences, retail design and execution, product and campaign launches as well as internal communications.

This role is specifically to work on one of the world’s leading luxury single malt brands. This is not your typical account manager role and includes creative marketing, production management and experiential coordination.

You will be involved in:

  • Working closely with creatives and designers as well as external suppliers to produce innovative builds and displays for retail, experiences and bar environments.
  • Supporting in the creation and delivery of global creative toolkits for clients new campaign and product launches.
  • Producing, delivering and managing events & experiences.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Experience of working within a creative agency environment (would be beneficial but is not compulsory.) We would also welcome applicants from a visual mechanising, brand activation and events background.
  • An understanding of producing builds for events & retail displays with demonstrable skills in managing multiple suppliers to deliver builds and displays to the highest possible standard.
  • Knowledge of brand communications, specifically brand experience and ideally experience from within the luxury sector, whether that be spirits, beauty, fashion, arts, hospitality etc.
  • A proven track record of exceptional client service. Someone who is willing to go the extra mile to exceed client expectations, solutions driven and thrives in a fast-paced environment.


The skills and experience you will need:

  • Experience in either one of the following or more; agency account role, visual merchandising, brand management or events production and management.
  • Proven work experience in working with multiple clients and external suppliers to produce and deliver events or retail displays. Relevant roles in a marketing agency who understands creative design, experiential activation, visual merchandising, POSM/ retail display project.
  • Experience working on luxury brands, ideally in high-end activation capacity.
  • A solutions-driven personality who is happy to go the extra mile.
  • Interested and passionate about the luxury sector with knowledge of high-end lifestyle, fashion, art and hospitality brands.
  • Be willing to travel within Scotland, UK and internationally. This role includes regular overnight stays.
  • Creative with the ability to bring brand ideas and toolkits to life visually and in event spaces in a premium way.
  • Outstanding client service skills, always willing to go the extra mile to ensure client satisfaction
  • Strong creative writing abilities and able to communicate with stakeholders at all levels effectively and confidently.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at one time
  • Ability to create strong internal relationships to ensure account is seen as priority
