Our research reveals significant gaps between how different generations feel represented in advertising versus how much they actually are represented:

Gen X (Ages 43-58)

  • 5% say they feel represented in advertising
  • 9% are actually represented

Millennials (Ages 27-42)

  • 50% say they feel represented in advertising
  • 23% are actually represented

Baby Boomers (Ages 59-77)

  • 9% say they feel represented in advertising
  • 5% are actually represented

Gen Z (Ages 18-26)

  • 33% say they feel represented in advertising
  • 78% are actually represented
