The challenge

Help Network Rail staff understand and apply new organisational values so that they are embedded across the business, bringing about cultural transformation and an improved service.

The bold idea

Create a pan-organisation awareness campaign using a fresh, vibrant illustrative look that encourages staff to put their passengers first through their values.

The results

The September 2019 Network Rail Your Voice Survey showed that 77% of staff understood the values of the organisation, +3% above the UK average.

To increase prominence of messaging across the business and keep the core values front-of-mind, environmental branding was sited across the five regions.
