The bold idea
Create a pan-organisation awareness campaign using a fresh, vibrant illustrative look that encourages staff to put their passengers first through their values.
The September 2019 Network Rail Your Voice Survey showed that 77% of staff understood the values of the organisation, +3% above the UK average.
To increase prominence of messaging across the business and keep the core values front-of-mind, environmental branding was sited across the five regions.
To recognise that individual staff make a difference and collectively we all have to work together, a suite of staff illustrations were created.
