The bold idea

The BRU Store. We transformed seven shipping containers into the first ever IRN-BRU branded destination, where visitors could enjoy a cold BRU, learn about the brand, buy exclusive merchandise and even take a selfie with a Games medal winner. It was the heartbeat of the games.

The results

BRU-Store was visited by more than 151,000 people and sold over 37,000 items, with sales rising by more than 24% throughout the games. IRN-BRU was the most memorable sponsor of Glasgow 2014. Three and a half times more memorable than any other brand.
