There is pressure in the EU to loosen pharmaceutical intellectual property (IP) laws. These rights encourage and protect innovation, so loosening them would threaten the development and research of life-saving treatments.
The bold idea
We needed to create something that stood out and communicated to members of the European Parliament and politicians that now is the time to support IP in Europe. New threats and diseases need IP law to tackle them.
