To use social media (including sequential targeting) and a Facebook chatbot to drive sales through website of a Father's Day gifting set with personalisation options.

The results

The chatbot achieved a 3x higher conversion rate than all of the other ads. The average time on page for the campaign was 1m 25sec, with a bounce rate of 26% and an average conversion rate of 4.5%. Showing that we were able to bring a targeted audience to the page, for an experience that led to purchase.
