It was a stellar night for the Leith Agency at the Scottish Marketing Society Star awards on Thursday in Glasgow. Out of 16 nominations we won 12 awards overall with 7 lovely shiny gold ones in the following categories.
In Brand Development we won for helping Glasgow 2014 set a new commonwealth record for ticket sales.
And in Advertising we were delighted that the Scottish Government campaign for Bowel Screening was recognised for creativity and effectiveness.
Our experiential team did us proud by winning in the Event Marketing category, with the story of how the IRN BRU Store became the heart and soul of Glasgow 2014.
Next came our wins in Sponsorship and Food and Drink for the IRN-BRU Born to Support campaign, which we developed with our sister agencies Blonde and Stripe. This campaign helped IRN-BRU become 3 and half times more memorable than any other sponsor of the games.
We were chuffed when our ‘Talk to your Kids’ campaign for Drinkaware scooped the gold in the Cause Related and Charity section.
And finally, in the Retail category, we were over the moon that the Christmas campaign we developed with Dobbies Garden Centre was rewarded for helping deliver the Best Christmas Ever for the brand.
Proud of our haul, we celebrated into the wee small hours and some of us might have fallen over.Share
